摘要: The wall interface between rice and Magnaporthe oryzae plays an important role in the outcome of their interactions, i.e., resistance or susceptibility. A number enzymes proteins are involved both external internal interactions. blast fungus secretes many which help plant cell degradation entry into results development disease. To restrict growth fungus, plants have also developed defense mechanisms like generation substances hydrogen peroxide catalysis by production some cells. These occur frequently isoforms defense. Proteins participate against attack. called as pathogenesis-related (PRs). PR activities hydrolytic enzymes. Chitinase β-1,3-glucanase most common can hydrolyze major components fungal walls, chitin β-1,3-glucan, respectively.
