摘要: In our i.v. IgG (Sandoglobulin ®) multicenter study for children with ITP unresponsive to previous treatment we observed some patients an unsatisfactory long-term response [1]. They required more than one infusion per month in order not fall below 20 × 109/l platelets and/or show signs of hemorrhagic diathesis. Therefore, proposed a trial combining and ciclosporin therapy these such severe form chronic ITP.
