摘要: Both intrinsic and acquired resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs are major obstacles in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer. Apart from classical drug mechanisms, failure tumor cells undergo apoptosis also plays an important role resistance. Mutations defects apoptotic pathway are, therefore, additional factors that determine The suppressor gene p53, retinoblastoma gene, bcl-2 family members this pathway. Recently much attention has been drawn different pathways induced by naturally occurring death receptor ligands (such as necrosis factor, Fas ligand, factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand) or affect downstream epidermal growth factor receptor. Insight regarding proteins sensitivity for could provide new targets cancer treatment, which may help at least partly overcome
