摘要: Pseudomonads have been reported for their metabolic, nutritional and ecological versatility, which motivated us to prospect the metabolic profile of a lipolytic strain Pseudomonas aeruginosa SL-72. The SL-72 was found produce high levels lipase pectinase (1,555.62 IU/mL 1,490.33 IU/mL, respectively), esterase amylase, besides low xylanase, proteinase cellulase. also tested positive different plant growth-promoting traits—production ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, siderophores, phosphate solubilization, nitrate reduction antifungal activity. activity aryl sulphatase, alkaline phosphatase fluorescein diacetate hydrolase makes it useful enhanced nutrient cycling in soil. produced rhamnolipids, biosurfactant its production when starch used as carbon source (0.256 g/L) utilized polycyclic hydrocarbon compounds viz. anthracene, phenanthrene, pyrene, fluorene mixture. multifaceted nature culture illustrates promise bioremediation, industry, use an inoculant.
