摘要: Seven Cu(II)-complexes with 2-amino-5-substituted aryl-1,3,4-oxadiazole Schiff bases are presented. The donors and possible geometries of the complexes were investigated by elemental thermal (differential analysis thermogravimetric analysis) analyses, molar conductance, magnetic moments, IR, 1H-NMR, ESR, UV-Vis, mass spectra. ligands bidentate, coordinating through nitrogen azomethine nearest to it. results supported 3-D molecular modeling 2 using CS Chem Ultra Molecular Modeling Analysis Program. have been screened for in-vitro antibacterial (Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus) antifungal (Aspergillus flavus Candida albicans) activities. qualitative quantitative antimicrobial activities prove that very active against tested microorganisms.
