摘要: An analog signal sampler with improved correlated double sampling (CDS) performance for imaging systems includes a dual mode input amplifier, switched capacitor network and differential amplifier. The amplifier has high impedance allows receiving either positive-going contact image sensor (CIS) or negative-going charge couple device (CCD) signals as desired. together perform an CDS of the convert unipolar to bipolar output dynamic range. technique used relies upon simultaneous charging coupling sample hold capacitances transfer from capacitance capacitance. gain can be programmed by appropriate selection ratio
