摘要: Abstract The extent and persistence of methylated purines were determined in DNA various rat organs following a single s.c. injection 1,2-di[ 14 C]methylhydrazine. Maximum alkylation purine bases occurred within 12 hr, with highest concentrations liver, followed by colon, ileum, kidney. Over period 3 days, O 6 -methylguanine was removed much more slowly from the principal target organ for carcinogenesis, than ileum or liver DNA. Dietary pretreatment rats disulfiram is known to prevent 1,2-dimethylhydrazine-induced colon carcinogenesis found reduce less 1% that detected animals treated C]methylhydrazine alone.
