摘要: Abstract This study was conducted to investigate the role of curcumin and zinc on biokinetics biodistribution 65Zn during colon carcinogenesis. Male wistar rats were divided into five groups, namely normal control, 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH) treated, DMH+curcumin DMH+zinc DMH+curcumin+zinc treated. Weekly subcutaneous injections DMH (30 mg/kg body weight) for 16 weeks initiated Curcumin (100 mg/kg weight orally) ZnSO4 (227 mg/L in drinking water) supplemented weeks. revealed a significant depression fast (Tb1) slow component (Tb2) biological half-life whole DMH-treated rats, whereas liver showed elevation these components. Further, treatment increase uptake values colon, small intestine, kidneys. Subcellular distribution depicted mitochondrial, microsomal, postmicro...
