摘要: Abstract Two nonoccluded baculoviruses, one from Cherax quadricarinatus, a parastacidean crayfish, and Scylla serrata, brachyuran crab, were found in juvenile, subadult adult animals Australia. Neither virus caused clinical disease with both, the distribution of infected, hypertrophied hepatopancreatic epithelial cells was focal. baculovirus (CBV) produced amorphous, eosinophilic intranuclear inclusions. Cylindrical nucleocapsids averaged 34 × 154 nm size. Virions ranged 172 to 220 length envelopes loosely attached. (SBV) basophilic inclusions hepatopancreas cells. nucleocapids 24 205 The 44 253 virions often had unilateral or apical expansions their envelope containing thin filament-like structure. SBV aligned regular arrays, particularly at inner surface nuclear membrane. present budding through membrane, acquiring another envelope, having diameter ranging 75 80 nm.
