摘要: Research studying trust in B2B relationships is only starting to burgeon compared its B2C counterpart. Updating the Saunders et al (2004) review with a sample that includes more recent studies, we find an increase studies on and interorganizational systems (IOSs). We group some commonalities into three types of trust: relationship, technology, third-party, fit them general framework. also identify four patterns which researchers operationalize test evaluate empirical support for each. conclude by discussing gaps observed during our literature.
