摘要: Uniform starch particles prepared from one or more starches selected tapioca, corn, waxy maize, potato, sago, arrowroot and cereal; gelling hydrocolloids sodium alginate, pectate, hydroxypropylcellulose, methylcellulose, methylhydroxypropylcellulose, methylethylcellulose, carrageenan, furcellaran, agar, gelatin, a mixture of xanthan gum locust bean gum, curdlan; by adding water, extruding, cutting drying; useful in preparing retorted aseptically packaged, tapioca-style pudding other improved, edible texturized products.
