摘要: Macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC, CCL22) is a member of the CC-chemokine family and composed 69 amino acid residues. MDC mainly produced by macrophages dendritic cells upon stimulation with microbial products, or anti-CD40 antibody, upregulated TH2-type cytokines, such as IL-4 -5, but downregulated TH1-type IFN-gamma. MDC-production also prostaglandin cyclic AMP-elevating agents. causes chemotactic migration TH2 cells. Furthermore, highly-expressed in lesions TH2-related diseases, airway hypersensitivity atopic dermatitis. Thus, plays an important role recruitment into inflammatory sites regulation immune responses.
