摘要: Recent experiments have demonstrated that the finite rate of vibrational relaxation in formation KrF affects saturation characteristics KrF(B) state during extraction laser light. We assembled a collisional radiative model using calculated Einstein A coefficients for lowest twenty states and an approximate calculation energy transfer between buffer gas. The describes flow excitation through levels KrF, demonstrates effects on spectra. results these calculations agree qualitatively with published experimental results. In addition, we find that, due to kinetics Kr2F, major absorber, is not truly saturable.
