摘要: In this work, on the basis of analysis data relating to relaxation processes and emission spectra excimer molecules, rate equations for modelling short-pulse rare-gas halide lasers are formulated discussed. The take into account important generation, such as decay B-, C- X-states, vibrational in these states, B-C mixing. As a special case equations, simplified KrF XeCl introduced. gain recovery curves dependences saturation energy pulse duration, computed both XeCl, coincide well with experimental data. Discussion factors influencing dynamics media, is also presented.
