摘要: Brachypodium distachyon L. Beauv. (Brachypodium) is a species that has become an excellent model system for gaining better understanding of various areas grass biology and improving plant breeding. Although there are some studies in vitro culture including somatic embryogenesis, detailed knowledge the composition main cell wall components embryogenic callus this missing. Therefore, using immunocytochemical approach, we targeted 17 different antigens which five were against arabinogalactan proteins (AGP), three extensins, six recognised pectic epitopes two hemicelluloses. These complemented by histological scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses. We revealed characteristic calli AGP JIM16 LM2 antibodies, extensin epitope JIM11 antibody LM6 antibody. Furthermore, demonstrated AGPs pectins extracellular matrix network culture. Additionally, SEM analysis presence on surface cells. In conclusion, chemical compositions walls ECMSN show spatial differences correlate with character Thus, distribution pectins, hemicelluloses can be used as molecular markers The presented data extends about cells Brachypodium.
