摘要: Transmission error is an important reason for instability in helical gears. A six-degree-of-freedom dynamic model coupled flexional, torsional and axial motion of a gear transmission system, which includes time varying mesh stiffness, bearing supporting damping backlash, developed, after taking into account the characteristics vibration responses three dimensions. Influences involute contact ratio, backlash on errors stability system are investigated using numerical simulation technique. The effects stabilities by stiffness as well analyzed. intrinsic relationship between above parameters presented. stable unstable regions under different given. results this paper can be helpful to design system.
