Investigation on shaping machining method for deep hole keyway based on on-line symmetry detection and compensation

摘要: Machining of deep hole keyway often suffers from low processing accuracy, symmetry degree between and the reference plane is difficult to control. In order enhance quality, a mathematical model space error was established based on projection, orthogonal combination linear fitting methods so as study rotatable shift-able objects. Deep experiments indicate that method can steadily keep within 0.03 mm. Thus, rationality accuracy validated which provides novel approach precision
