摘要: PURPOSE: To obtain a metal processing oil composition capable of suppressing corrosion and demulsification in water type emulsion oil. CONSTITUTION: This contains (a) 0.01-5wt.% compound having mercaptoimidazole groups or mercaptothiazole groups, (b) 1-10wt.% alkanolamine, (c) 2-30wt.% fatty acid (d) 55-96.99wt.% one more oils selected from mineral oil, an fat synthetic oil; 0.01-5wt % component (a), (b), (c), 25-95.99wt.% (e) 1-30wt.% nonionic surfactant; 35-96.99wt.% (e).
