摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble, metal-processing oil solution composition exhibiting excellent rotting-resistant performance and having no influence upon global environment human bodies. SOLUTION: This comprises (1) 1-15 wt.% at least one kind of triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine methyldiethanolamine, (2) 1-20 monoisopropanolamine, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-amino-2-methylethanol 2-(2-aminoethoxy)ethanol (3) 2-10 cyclohexylamine, discyclohexylamine, 1,3-bisaminomethylcyclo-hexane meta- xylenediamine.
