摘要: Abstract Previous studies have shown that cadherin-11 (CDH11) may be involved in the metastatic process of osteosarcoma. The correlation expression levels CDH11 osteosarcoma samples with risk disease progression and metastasis was examined. Real time qRT-PCR used to quantify a set newly established cell lines, 11 primaries five metastases, compared 12 normal osteoblast lines from healthy bone, also 10 snap-frozen samples. In all cases long term clinical follow-up data available. level decreased gradually primary (p=0.2184) further those tumor metastases (p=0.0275). Importantly, correlated significantly (p=0.01) patient survival (Kaplan-Meier analysis) both sample sets (p=0.0128 for p=0.0492 biopsies). conclusion, results indicate useful as prognostic marker
