摘要: Abstract To reduce the environmental impacts caused by manufacturing processes science, and industry want to identify hotspots derive improvement measures. One of those contributing is grinding using synthetically produced cubic boron nitride (cBN). CBN grains are broadly applied for super abrasive materials in production high-precision wheels. The shape, size volume concentration cBN have a major impact on technological results (workpiece roughness, tool wear, temperature, etc.) process economic value wheel. Despite value, contribution wheels overall has not been fully investigated understood. A key method calculate life cycle assessment. However, an essential requirement availability used material energy data during stages wheel material, production, application disposal. This paper gives overview regarding needed different phases On this basis, detailed presented case study.
