摘要: Abstract An investigation was conducted on the wear of abrasive particles two differently designed grinding wheels. One wheel had a random distribution grains, but other kind wheels engineered to explore concept using bio-inspired phyllotactic pattern having same grain density as former wheel. Wear areas grains both were compared computer-aided imaging system after being used for under conditions. Results showed that standard deviation and mathematical expectation grains׳ with less than those reference To understand this phenomenon, cutting fluid flow in zone studied based numerical simulations computational finite element technique. Additionally, average force load investigated. Finally, through analyzing influence coefficient worn experiment theory analysis, following behavioral changes observed: increases firstly then decreases increasing coefficient, there is positive correlation between coefficient.
