摘要: A novel serous surface papillary carcinoma of the ovary (SSPC) cell line, HYKSSPC, was established successfully. Carcinoma cells were obtained from ascitic fluid a 60-year-old Japanese woman. The population doubling time 51.4 h. phase contrast micrograph showed pavement stone-like arrangement without contact inhibition. chromosome number wide distribution aneuploidy, and mode in 46–47. An immunocytochemical study that CA1 25, BerER4 cytokeratin positive CEA, calretinin thrombomodulin negative. This line preserved some characters adenocarcinoma while growing vitro. chemosensitivity test revealed HYKSSPC sensitive to CDDP (cis-platinum), 5-fluorouracil, mitomycin C, paclitaxel irinotecan. To our knowledge, is first derived SSPC, it may offer useful information for investigating this disease.
