摘要: TAL1 (SCL/TAL1, T-cell acute leukemia protein 1) is a transcription factor that involved in the process of hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis. It participates blood cell formation, forms mesoderm early embryogenesis, regulates adult organisms. essential maintaining multipotency hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) keeping them quiescence (stage G0). complexes with various factors, regulating (E2A/HEB, GATA1-3, LMO1-2, Ldb1, ETO2, RUNX1, ERG, FLI1). In these complexes, normal myeloid differentiation, controls proliferation erythroid progenitors, determines choice direction HSC differentiation. The factors TAL1, E2A, GATA1 (or GATA2), LMO2, Ldb1 are major components SCL complex. addition to hematopoiesis, this complex may also be malignant transformation. Upregulation C-KIT expression one main roles played by Today, its partners considered promising therapeutic targets treatment lymphoblastic leukemia.
