摘要: Effects of hydrolysable tannins on plasma membranes Chara corallina giant cells and lipid bilayer membrane (BLM) were studied. Tannin inhibited chloride channels alga cell in a dose-dependent manner. Current jumps emerging BLM the presence tannin suggest formation ion channels, predominantly anion selective. The cholesterol increased open state lifetime channels. findings indicate that possess activity are capable to form membrane.
