摘要: Abstract Casein polypeptides containing substructures of αs 1 -casein, β k 2 -casein were used as a lignin-blocker at above critical micelles concentration to improve the bioethanol production dilute acid, lime, alkali, extrusion and AFEX pretreated corn stover (CS). Application 0.5 g/g glucan casein was found effectively increase glucose yield CS with by 31.9%, 17.0%, 22.7%, 29.5%, 17.4%, respectively no positive impact on Avicel. Consequently 96 h simultaneous saccharification fermentation (SSF) these hydrolysates reduced period up 48 h increased theoretical ethanol 8.48–33.7% compared control. during enzyme utilization 33.0%. Recycling hydrolysate from casein-treated for 2nd round hydrolysis resulted in average 36.4% 29.0%
