摘要: Remarkable advances in the field of transplantation over last several decades have benefited many thousands patients. Five-year survival ranges from 90% for a live donor renal transplant to 85% cadaveric transplant. However, with this success come complications chronic immunosuppression. Lifelong immunosuppressive treatment adequate graft function results reduction immunosurveillance, increased risk various cancers leading substantial morbidity and mortality these This review discusses multifactorial intrinsic extrinsic factors contributing pathogenesis skin recipients reviews potential solutions.
