摘要: A computer simulation was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of profile modification for reducing dynamic loads in gears with different tooth spacing errors. The examined varying amplitudes error and differences span teeth over which occurs. considered included both linear parabolic tip relief. analysis that varies around most gear circumference (similar a typical sinusoidal pattern) as well shorter errors occurs on only few teeth. performed using revised version NASA dynamics code, modified add analysis. Results obtained from investigation show relief is more effective small but becomes amplitude increases.
