摘要: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is an aggressive malignancy with a high incidence of distant metastasis. Recent studies have shown that cancer stem cells (CSCs), which the potential to self-renew and are pluripotent, crucially important in cell growth, invasion, metastasis, recurrence. Recently, several CSC-specific markers for pancreatic been reported, including CD133, CD24, CD44, CXCR4, EpCAM, ABCG2, c-Met, ALDH-1, nestin, but their use controversial. Nestin one class VI intermediate filament proteins marker exocrine progenitors normal tissue. Activated mutations K-ras nestin-positive tissue reported induce growth vitro formation precancerous lesions. In this review, we summarize what known about correlation between CSC markers, nestin.
