摘要: The in vitro effects of vitamin D3 metabolites, parathyroid extract (PTE), purified hormone (bPTH), A, and heparin on acid alkaline phosphatases rat or mouse calvaria culture were investigated. Results show that: (a) when compared to values found half incubated for 24 h control medium, the bone phosphatase content is significantly higher paired halves with PTE (1 USP/ml), bPTH (4×10−8M), (5 A (23 25-(OH)D3 (2.5×10−11 2.5×10−8M), 24,25-(OH)2D3, 1,25(OH)2D3 (2.5×10−12 2.5×10−7M); (b) presence 24,25-(OH)2D3 at low concentrations incubation medium decreases PTE, bPTH, induced stimulation activities. This interaction also observed measuringβ glucuronidase glucose-6-phosphatase activities and45Ca release from previously labeled calvaria; (c) a similar activity could not be 1,25-(OH)2D3 suggesting that may have specific role metabolism.
