摘要: In this work a novel microdevice sensor has been developed by plating gold on the PDMS surface to generate sandwich-type gap electrode for DNA detection. The utilizes band electrode–PDMS–gold configuration and minimum detectable volume could be as low 5 μL. 20 μm PDMS-based was chemically modified with capture probes sandwich hybrids were formed addition of target silver nanoparticle probes. To increase detection sensitivity, parallel zones have in which relevant resistances decrease substantially upon hybridyzation. By measuring change electrical conductivity, concentration range 1000–0.1 nM can assayed limit lowest achieved at 0.01 nM.
