摘要: Dyes and pigments are usually released into the environment in form of a dispersion or true solution industrial effluents. The presence very small amounts dyes water ( 20 g/L) to inhibitory (IC50 = 0.2 mg/L). Tartrazine decolourisation was investigated laboratory-scale ABR at concentration 250 mg/L. Reduction COD 50 60 % colour reduction ca. 95 achieved. An dye wastewater fed second 5 (v/v) then increased 10 (v/v). Anaerobic degradation efficient. Methanogenic activity high, organic content influent reduced by 70 almost 90 %. FISH techniques were used monitor microbial population dynamics.
