摘要: This article reports a case of cytomegalovirus (CMV) ileitis with perforation in woman transfusion-acquired human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. The clinical problem small bowel due to CMV disease association HIV infection is emphasized. Typically, patient history chronic diarrhea, fever, and abdominal pain develops the superimposed picture an acute abdomen has pneumoperitonium on radiograph. prognosis poor.
