摘要: Disseminated cytomegalovirus infection in patients with AIDS usually involves the lungs, retina, esophagus, or colon. Gastrointestinal involvement may present clinically fever, intractable diarrhea, and crampy abdominal pain. Ulcerations have been seen throughout gastrointestinal tract, but perforations confined to terminal ileum We report a case of patient who presented peritonitis no prodromal symptoms who, on exploration, had multiple large jejunal secondary enteropathy.
