摘要: In this paper we report on a special case of crossing-over in Poecilia reticulata. It was known fact that Snakeskin body trait (Ssb) can be both X-linked, or Y-linked, and also the percent recombination between Y X chromosomes is 0.36, while reciprocal recombination, from to Y, 0.00; other words, gene not recombine Y. The aim current work present an accidental observation about occurrence events chromosome our guppy broodstock. results based crossbreeding progeny testing showed Ssb by conversion possible X. These have numerous evolutionary implications as long color traits behavior are very close interrelated many animal taxa only fish.
