摘要: Many software projects have failed because their requirements were poorly negotiated among stakeholders. Requirements negotiation is more critical than other factors such as tools, process maturity, and design methods. The WinWin model successfully supports general negotiation. However, making decisions to evaluate alternatives still an ad-hoc process. This paper presents a systematic model, called Multi-Criteria Preference Analysis Negotiation (MPARN) assist stakeholders evaluate, negotiate agree upon using multi-criteria preference analysis techniques.
