摘要: Novel antibodies were generated that are highly selective for either acetylated or unacetylated isoforms of histone H3, the form H4 in organisms as diverse Tetrahymena and humans. Using these pair-wise sets immunocytological analyses, we demonstrate inactive X chromosome is hypoacetylated both H3 female mammalian cells, whereas antibody recognizes identifies all chromosomes uniformly. These data verify extend previous results suggest hypoacetylation core histones may be a general feature chromatin along chromosome.
