摘要: Primary ovarian small cell carcinomas are rare tumors that subclassified into the hypercalcemic (HT) and pulmonary type (PT), each tumor has different clinicopathologic characteristics. However, overlapping morphologic features can make distinction between these lesions difficult. The PT carcinoma is very rare, with only one series a few case reports published. authors report two additional cases of this entity also for first time immunohistochemical finding perinuclear dot-like staining cytokeratin 20. This pattern been reported Merkel salivary gland carcinoma. suggest punctate CK20 useful tool in diagnostic from HT carcinoma, other primary such as granulosa tumors, metastatic neuroendocrine originating at sites lung. Since authors' conclusions based on entity, will need to be studied future.
