摘要: The present invention provides for a transgenic non-human animal whose cells contain DNA sequence comprising: (a) nerve tissue specific promoter; and (b) which encodes receptor advanced glycation endproducts (RAGE), wherein the promoter (RAGE) are operatively linked to each other integrated in genome of animal, said exhibits reduced amount cerebral infarcted following transient middle artery occlusion compared an identical lacking sequence.
