摘要: Random-pattern skin flap transplantation is a common procedure in plastic surgery, but its distal area usually incurs ischemia and necrosis. Resveratrol (Rev), natural polyphenol primarily found peanuts, grapes, red wine, which exerts multi-bioactivity. In this study, forty-eight rats with the modified "McFarlane flap" model were divided into Control Rev groups, treated vehicle Rev, respectively. After 7 days of continuous treatment observation, ischemic tissues harvested to evaluate angiogenesis, apoptosis, oxidative stress, autophagy. It was observed greater survival flaps, accompanied reduced water content stronger blood supply, group than group. addition, upregulated expression MMP9, VEGF, Cadherin5, indicating that promotes angiogenesis flaps. Moreover, decreased levels Bax, CYC, Caspase3, suggesting it inhibits apoptosis. Besides, increased SOD1, eNOS, HO1, activities SOD GSH, MDA, uncovers depresses stress Finally, Beclin1, LC3II, VPS34, CTSD, SQSTM1/p62 levels, reveals activates autophagy These results suggest random through proangiogenic, antiapoptotic, antioxidative effects; moreover, activated process, might be another underlying mechanism for survival.
