摘要: The aims of this work were to produce nanocrystalline powder by mechanical alloying Co–W–Si mixture in a high energy ball mill and study the phase transformation that took place during 30 h milling time. constituents product evaluated X-ray diffraction (XRD). morphological evolution was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy. results showed milling, as performed present work, led formation Co(W,Si) solid solution an WSi2 both which phases nanocrystalline. Subsequently, 10 milled powders DTA. XRD investigations revealed after DTA analyzing, no changed, except for ordering Co(W,Si), i.e. CoWSi intermetallic compound, analysis.
