摘要: Abstract Wear resistant TiC reinforced Ti–Ni–Si intermetallic composite coating with a microstructure consisting of uniformly distributed in Ti 2 Ni 3 Si–NiTi–Ti multi-phase matrix was fabricated on substrate TA15 titanium alloy by the laser cladding process using TiC/Ti–Ni–Si powders as precursor materials. Microstructure characterized optical microscope (OM), scanning electron (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). Dry sliding wear resistance clad evaluated at room temperature. Results indicated that TiC/(Ti Ni) exhibited excellent abrasive adhesive resistance.
