摘要: Abstract The pED208 plasmid is a 90-kilobase conjugative which the derepressed form of Fo lac (IncFV). A 3.3-kilobase HindIII-PstI fragment from was cloned and sequenced found to contain four open reading frames were highly homologous traA, traL, traE, traY gene products F plasmid.
