摘要: In this work, we demonstrated simultaneous generation of three types laser-induced periodic surface structures (LIPSSs) on a metal by processing Zn with linearly polarized femtosecond laser pulse 100 fs duration at wavelength 800 nm. the center laser-processed region (a line), period was found to be as high 1470 nm (superwavelength LIPSS), whereas outer region, LIPSS small 200 (subwavelength LIPSS). between these two regions, LIPSSs were have (wavelength energy-dispersive x-ray (EDX) study, Zn:O atomic ratio 70%∶30% in LIPSS-containing region. contrast this, containing no LIPSS, 90%:10%. Discussion is given significance observed terms their possible growth mechanism and comparison previously published results.
