摘要: Listeria ivanovii has been considered to be pathogenic animals but rarely found associated with human infections. It claimed that L. lacks the actA gene, which in monocytogenes encodes a protein required for interaction host cell actin. Using fluorescence microscopy and electron microscopy, we demonstrate can invade mammalian cells, lyse phagosomal membrane, polymerize actin, reorganize actin form tails, spread from cell. However, no DNA homologous gene could detected by polymerase chain reaction. Further, 90-kDa surface is encoded actA. Despite ability cell, differed significantly being unable plaques on monolayers of 3T3 fibroblast cells.
