摘要: Abstract We have purified a cDNA fragment complementary to the mRNA coding for one of major urinary proteins (MUPs) synthesized in mouse liver. Using this as hybridization probe, we shown that level MUP is lower livers females and castrated males than those males. The addition testosterone results an increase concentration levels found There are approximately 15 genes per haploid genome MUPs; allows possible new interpretation some genetic data concerning regulation different MUPs urine (Szoka Paigen, 1978). Finally, rat α 2u -globulin share common sequences, but there surprising differences gene number these two closely related animals.
