摘要: Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) that arises as a result of the activity human papillomavirus (HPV) malignant transformation has distinct disease pattern is basis for its clinical presentation. A clear understanding these features enables diagnosticians to maintain awareness index suspicion avoid delays in detection select most effective thorough measures evaluating directing treatment selection. Attention focused on broader demographic at risk developing HPV-related HNSCC, phenomenon cystic cervical nodal metastases, unknown or occult primary cancer.
