摘要: Dystonic tremor (DT) is characterized by coexisting and abnormal dystonic posturing in the same segment. DT often medically refractory DBS an important therapeutic option. However, optimal surgical target for remains uncertain with Vim, GPi zona incerta previously reported as effective. We retrospectively reviewed outcome data from all patients involving at least one upper extremity who underwent Vanderbilt University July 2006 to 2010. evaluated improvement of dystonia after their response was judged be maximal.
