摘要: Abstract Purpose:  The outcome of leg bypass in women is unknown. To date, most series lower extremity have included few women, and the results compared with those men not been reported. The experience infrainguinal arterial reconstruction treated at Oregon Health Sciences University has greater than previously We reviewed our recent to determine whether differ significantly from men. Methods:  In past 11 years we performed 823 reconstructions for ischemia 585 patients, which 357 procedures were 466 mean ages 65 68 women. Diabetes was present 59% 48% Among men, 84% had a history tobacco use 66% Bypasses limb salvage 73%, claudication 22%, failing graft 5% cases. 79%, 15%, 6% Previous revascularizations 63% 71% Autogenous vein used 97% bypasses 96% Graft distribution among target sites similar between groups. femoral above-knee popliteal 11%, below-knee 40%, tibial 38%, 10%, 1% 14%, 43%, 33%, 9%, Results:  Perioperative 30-day mortality rates 3.7% overall, 4.3% 2.9% Long-term survival 1, 3, 5 80%, 59%, 44%, respectively. 83%, 69%, Life-table primary patency 86%, 77%, 87%, 74%, 67% Limb-salvage 1 93% 91% Conclusions:  These indicate that long-term are identical obtained this autogenous vein. Infrainguinal can be In both (J VASC SURG 1993;18:627-36.)
