摘要: Detailed attention to technical precision in the performance of popliteal and infrapopliteal bypass operations using autogenous vein as conduit choice has produced marked improvement patency results lower extremity recent years. Using either situ or reversed technique, most vascular surgeons have recognized significant their ability salvage ischemic limbs threatened with amputation. The purpose this communication is describe our preferred technique for arteries. Hopefully, description sufficiently detailed permit reader benefit from experience while avoiding some learning curve pitfalls we encountered.
